We are celebrating 5 years since the launch of The WARMI Project! We’ve got the same mission, logo, & brand, just a website refresh as we keep on propelling up our mountain path, breaking trail and barriers learning how women lead worldwide.
What started out as a simple passion project has transformed into a leadership coaching space where now I can also give back to the WARMIS; the same indigenous girls & women who took me in for 3 years, helped me learn & grow, and taught me about life & leadership through their lens. Twenty plus years later we are going strong, building on past lessons and climbing new peaks! I wanted the The WARMI Project space to feel less like 2015 and much more like 2020 and beyond!

New WARMI Etsy Shop collection of handmade-woven bracelets, embroidered masks, multicolor tassel earrings representing the vibrant & beautiful culture in the Andes, along with the strength, wisdom, and courage of each WARMI involved in the project. 100% of the sales go straight back to the women in Ecuador.
New LEADERSHIP COACHING. We’ve got the tools to support you to F.L.Y. (First Lead You). Inspired by The WARMI WAY MANIFESTO, we have developed core competencies (the specific knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed) to pave your leadership path and help you shift into your power, strength and resilience.

Now also en Español! An estimated 41 million people in the US speak Spanish in their homes. Creating the content to offer our services in Spanish is a way to be more inclusive, increase access, break down barriers and meet people where they are at, I learned that one from the WARMIS! This includes Leadership Coaching in Spanish VENCE TUS METAS, and Coaching Personalizado serving coaching clients in Latin America as well!
